- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The manager is terribly unhelpful and incompetent. How can a manager of a bank not even understand what is, and is not, a third party check? A check that is made payable to two people, who are both present to cash it, is not a third party check. A third party check is one that is written to one person, who endorses it over to another person. A bank manager should know the difference between the two.
